Final Consultation and Roadshow
A draft Coastal Defence Strategy
Plan is now complete for the frontage from Folkestone to Rye.
To progress the Strategy Plan to its final form a series of
roadshows were undertaken to provide an opportunity for all
stakeholders to comment and participate in shaping the future
management of the coastline. At each roadshow the key findings
of the Strategy Study have been on display and a member of
the Project Team available to discuss issues. To further stakeholder
involvement the key findings from the Strategy Study were
provided as a series of posters and comments invited.
